Please bring:

• Completed new patient forms that were sent via text or email
• A photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Any dental x-rays taken within the past six months
• A list of current medications and medical conditions
• The phone number of your primary care physician

We’ll begin by reviewing your complete medical and dental history and discussing any concerns you may have. We’ll take full-mouth x-rays to establish a baseline and identify any issues.

Your exam includes evaluation of your teeth, existing dental work, gums, salivary glands, lymph nodes, and an oral cancer screening.

You’ll likely receive a professional cleaning to remove plaque and tartar, followed by polishing and flossing. If appropriate, we may recommend fluoride treatment.

Before you leave, we’ll review your findings and create a personalized treatment plan to support your long-term oral health.
